2019 Breaking the Silence - 2019 Breaking the Silence

JOIN US June 8, 2019

10 AM - Mill Woods Rec Centre

This FREE 5km family-friendly walk and run event supports the work of CASA Child, Adolescent and Family Mental Health. With live entertainment, interpretive educational stations, activities for kids, pancake breakfast and lunch for all participants, each year hundreds of participants walk, run and enjoy time together.

This year we are fundraising to Parents Helping Parents through the
FamilySmart program which works from a ‘lived experience’ perspective and walks alongside families, youth, systems and service providers for better experiences and better mental health outcomes. CASA is embarking on this great opportunity starting with collaborative training for clinicians, parents and youth with the goal of having parents working closely with clinicians and families through a together-centred model of practice to improve the experience of all involved in the support and treatment of children and their families.

Thank you for your support. We are looking forward to seeing you there!
